How Coaching Works

We first meet for a virtual coffee and a chat, get to know each other, understand more about your challenge, and discover if coaching is right for you. We agree a way forward.

This is where the magic happens! If we choose to work together, this step is where we begin the coaching process. We will clarify your outcomes, work to overcome your obstacles and set in place an action plan.
